Before we can take your reservation we would like to you read are house rules. We want our parties to be fun and hassle free. If you agree with these rules e-mail us to get on our guest list.
1. Please no loud noise on arriving or leaving the party. (no need to call attention to our party). 2. You must be fully clothed upon entering or leaving the party. 3. There is no smoking inside. If you want to smoke you can use our outside deck.(you must be fully clothed). 4. No means No. Common courtesy applies at our parties. If you are rude, unruly and doing something illegal, i.e.drugs you will be asked to leave and banned from future parties. (there will be no exceptions). 5. In order to protect our privacy and yours, there will no removing window coverings and opening of windows. 6. I agree any alcohol consumed on premises will be provided by me and my guest(s) and i will drink responsibly. 7. There will be no taking of pictures or videos at our parties. If your special group is using the Estate exclusively you must make prior arrangements to take pictures or video. 8. If you are on the guest list and do not show up without contacting us you will not be given first priority at future parties. 9. Last but not least, I AND MY GUEST(S) ARE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE. |
